500g Rib or Round Steak
1/2 onion
6 mushrooms
2 Tbls GF vegetable stock Powder or 1 cube
2 tsp tomato paste/puree
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup thickened cream
shallots
Method:
Cut beef into thin strips and brown in pan with chopped onion.
Add mushrooms, stock (dry), tomato paste & water.
Simmer 20mins then add the cream & heat through.
Serve with basmati rice and/or fresh vegetables.
Sprinkle with fresh shallots & a splash of GF Tamari Soy Sauce.
