Just came across a stall in Marylebone cabbages and frock market in london they didnt have a sign but their business card suggested it was called glutenfree glory. The most unbelivable cakes! I have only been diagnosed coeliac for 6 month but I can honestly say I have never eaten a nicer carrot cake……
